That sounds really good! I will be making that soon. The name reminds me of a Rachael Ray recipe called "you won't be single for long penne ala vodka" or something like that!
My man is so crazy about chicken, especially thighs, that I could probably lure him in with any chicken recipe so long as it isn't dry. LOL!
