Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
This is a wonderful, easy, tasty recipe that will become a "go to" when you need a great dinner in a short amount of time.
I've made it before, and it ALWAYS gets rave reviews. If you don't want to do the whole mashed potatoes from scratch, Country Crock offers mashed potatoes in a tub. Heat in micro for about 5 minutes, and they really are good!
