I've served this several times over the last few weeks, and it is a hit with everyone!
Yummy Pasta Salad
Serves lots and lots - usually with left overs!
1 package tri colored noodles
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can medium olives, chopped
1 jar artichoke hearts in oil (you can use water also)
1 small red onion, chopped
8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
1 can kidney beans, rinsed
1 bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing.
Refrigerate before serving - not necessary, but it tastes a little better I think.
