I worked out every day, or at least 4 days a week, for 3 1/2 weeks. My body did change. I think. But the scale did not budge.
Then I got mad. I decided to rebel by eating everything I looked at for an entire week. And skipped the gym, to boot. The scale remained the same.
Now I am sick with what Austin had last week, so again, no workout. I'm not eating quite as much, and I do plan to start my routine up again on Monday.
Until then, my scale and I are no longer on speaking terms. I simply roll my eyes at it and move on.
